Sweet SPRINGtime. It is here. Finally! And before we can even say goodbye to the winter blues, our friends POLLEN and ALLERGIES have arrived. So what better time than SPRING to plug in your diffuser AND say hello to your new favorite SPRING Essential Oil BLENDs to help you and yours achieve the ultimate refresh this sweet season! Sharing with you all today my absolute favorite Spring Essential Oil Diffuser Blends Recipes!
Before we get into all the recipes GALORE… I just wanted to share my absolute MUST-HAVE oils for Spring!
Why are these my absolute favored SINGLES and BLENDS for the Spring… WELL… let me just start off with the BEST…
A blend of all things Citronella, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Tea Tree, Lavandin, & Myrtle
I will always have a bottle of Purification on me.. either on the counter top a quick grab away OR in my purse ready to knock out any and ALL uncalled for odors.
It does exactly what its namesakes says… complete and total purification. This wonder blend helps restore & disinfect the air and all the “stank” that may have helplessly polluted it. So your stinky shoe smell, dirty laundry, or my kids forgot to remove their cleats from their gym bag… Purification will take that UGH and replace it with an AMEN!
Such a sweet & calming aroma that reminds me of feeling the ultimate clarity & renewal of the mind. Think “Fresh” feeling. Lemongrass has a tradition of being used to aid in Purification *see above, AND digestion.
In addition, other great benefits to Lemongrass include improved circulation, promotion of lymph flow as well as sharp anti-fungal & anti-bacterial prosperities.
Additionally, the direct benefits of diluting Lemongrass include promoting mental & psychological awareness.
Dilute with carrier oil if applying directly on Vita Flex points.
Rosemary has a long history of use as an essential oil and the use of Rosemary can help aid in a plethora of ways.
The refreshing aroma alone can benefit and strengthen against mental fatigue, improve focus and mental awareness. Additionally, Rosemary is helpful in alleviating anxiety and boosting mental ability.
Medically, Rosemary helps protect the liber as well as can be used as an anti-depressant & high blood pressure moderator.
A sweet blend of all the things ORANGE, TANGERINE, GRAPEFRUIT, LEMON, MANDERIN, and SPEARMINT!
Perfect as an air purifier AND even better as an anxiety-reducer, creative booster, this fresh and clean aroma will transform your living/work space!
An absolute favorite to have diffusing in the kitchen OR bathroom!
