It’s my favorite time of year and I don’t say this lightly. Something about the crisp feeling in the air and the nights that become longer as the sun goes to bed earlier. Something truly magical happens within me as Fall hits. And it’s not just fall, it’s the anticipation of all that the season of fall brings and I am so excited to take all of you there with me! So to start things off, I am showing off all things fall with a gracefulandfree Fall Home Tour. So if you are ready, well then, let’s go!
A couple of quick disclaimers before this tour gets started:
Okay, now that is done, Let’s Get Started!!
Ever since we had our first home, I have thoroughly enjoyed going to our local Kirkland’s at the beginning of every fall season to peruse the newest collection of all things Harvest + Fall and make my selections. And I love that every year, when I go to get the Fall Decor box from the basement (the box that now has become plural) I am reminded of all the sweet somethings I have collected over these last five years! (This reminds me, I think I ought to write a little home story – stay tuned for that as well!)
My favorite spot. I love that we created this own space and made it our own. And I can’t wait to share that with you over the next couple of months on the blog. So many good things coming, I promise!!
But to give you a little bit of an idea, our dining room was just an empty room for the first two years of us living here. And then finally, with some shiplap, Grey Owl by Benjamin Moore and a perfect combination of random antique furniture pieces, my favorite room came to be!
And this little buffet table rotates seasonally. The clock, frame, and tray are all consistent, just different seasonal pieces focused on all the hues of grey + white! Love this bright space and the morning light this room receives. Talk about the best place for morning coffee!
Needing a center piece that can work all year round?! This gorgeous center-piece from Kirkland’s is SUPER affordable and the perfect combination of farmhouse meets romantic French countryside! Top off with plaid pumpkins from Target and the thank the Lord clearance section of Target’s summer beach-wood florals – this look is good to go!
Everything you see here is a fine collection of Hobby Lobby + Target + Antiques. My favorite way to shop. Love the way all of these random pieces go together. Also, this “meet me at the pumpkin patch” sign was in the Target dollar section and I just think it is the most darling!
Now, on to the entry way. A place that I find truly magical!
Nothing defines a home like an entryway. And the best part is no matter what the floor plan of your space is like, you can absolutely find something that makes it work for you!
Let me say that again. No matter what the floor plan of your space is like, YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY FIND SOMETHING THAT MAKES IT WORK FOR YOU!
Okay, okay! This bench is a staple and so is the fence rack. And I LOVE changing out the decor based on the new season! My absolute favorite. So here are some essentials you need for your Fall Entryway:
This end table was a TJ Maxx find from the summer before we got married. Therefore, it has been with us for awhile! And I love how we are still making it work! Continuing with the pumpkin theme. The wine bottle was recycled from our wine we bought while touring a vineyard in Tuscany. And love adding some eucalyptus there. And of course, I am obsessed with my pumpkins as candles on top of these pillars!
Now, off to the space where majority of all the blog writing, pup cuddles, and dreaming is spent. The sweet living room!
Our home is open concept. So our entire downstairs really, truly blends together, and I LOVE that! And this wall that directly opposes the kitchen on one end, really pops when you walk in! And re-arranging and adding this gorgeous Kirkland’s farmhouse clock as the centerpiece really makes my heart and home happy!
Home tour continued, another space that is ALWAYS changing, and I love it. Seriously though, I think these home tours will be a thing for the long-term as I love how each new season brings continuity & change.
Decorating with pillows makes my heart VERY happy! And I just love this shot and how it shows off our stone arch way with a glimpse to the entryway! Just giving me all the happy home vibes along this home decor tour for Fall! And this Fall Sweet Fall pillow is a must-have. Another Kirkland’s find.
This space is absolutely new for this Fall. This sign is my favorite obsession currently from Kirkland’s. And my do I love how this looks. Why yes, you may absolutely one-hundred percent dress up a blanket ladder, in fact; I strongly encourage that you do!
This blanket ladder has been such a fun decor project from fall through Christmas as I love dressing it up with all the different decor pieces, garland, wreath, and blankets! Get yourself a blanket ladder and do you the same!
Sometimes a fireplace can be difficult, especially if you are us and have a large television screen dominating as a major decor eye-sour.
But, I truly love that majority of all the pieces you have seen here have been used since we moved into our house, five years ago, and began decorating a fireplace and a mantle! I love that and keeping elements simple and the same!
Just add a few different pieces each year, and rotate where things go. For instance, this year, I decided to line the lanterns up together and accent with a pumpkin, because you can’t have enough decor pumpkins.
Click here to visit last year’s Fall Home Decor to see what has changed and what has stayed the same. I would love for you to share your thoughts in regards to what you love seeing!

Absolutely gorgeous!! I am obsessed with farmhouse decor, as I own a 1880s farmhouse, and I planned on decorating it this summer (we bought it in March) but I had health issues that prevented that, so I only got about half of my bedroom done! I am SO bookmarking this page so I can get some of these items!! This is jaw dropping gorgeous!!
Your home is decorated beautifully for fall! We have the grey owl paint color in my little girl’s room, and I absolutely love your cotton wreath!!!
I’m all decked out in plaid plush pumpkins and loving it… but OH MY GOSH those cable knit sweater pumpkins. ???? I think I need some!!!
I love fall and fall decorations. I love all these ideas you have shared. They look so good. My favourite is the cotton wreath.
So cute! I love all the whites with greenery!! So cozy 🙂 I can’t wait to decorate
I like the color…a nice option for people who may not love the color orange (using it in little splashes and not an orange explosion like most fall decor).
SUPER cute!! Clicking over to a few things because I NEED to get my house decorated!!
Love all the different pumpkins! You have so many beautiful fall decorations in your house!!
Your house looks awesome! I love all of the wooden signs and pillows.
